PIR and mmWave LoRaWAN presence detection that reports whether spaces are actually in use, letting HVAC and lighting right-size to real occupancy across offices, restrooms and meeting rooms rather than fixed schedules.

How it works

LoRaWAN occupancy sensors detect whether a space is in use using PIR, time-of-flight, thermal IR, magnetometer, or AI vision, with select models also reporting temperature, humidity, light, or motion. Presence streams into Cognituv Connect so HVAC and lighting can right-size to real use.
