Standard-pressure inline UV-C chamber that disinfects gas streams while leaving methane untouched.
GAS Inline Gas Disinfection is a chemical-free, inline UV-C chamber that treats gas as it flows through — inactivating microbes in reclaimed and natural gas without affecting methane content. Sized for standard-pressure service, it sits directly in the stream at gas-processing and pipeline-injection points where a continuous, chemical-free disinfection step is needed but the extreme pressure ratings and hazardous-location enclosures of the Premium skid aren't required. It comes in two tiers: a Basic entry-level unit for standard gas-infrastructure microbial control, and a Standard (Natural Gas) unit for continuous natural-gas treatment and microbial prevention. Both integrate with Cognituv Connect for monitoring and verification. For high-pressure, corrosive, or hazardous-area service, step up to the Premium Polisher Biogas / RNG Skid.
GAS Inline passes the gas stream through a UV-C treatment chamber where 253.7 nm germicidal light inactivates microbes — chemical-free and continuous — without altering methane, sized for standard-pressure processing and pipeline-injection points.
