Drill-and-fill in-vessel UV-C that cuts microbial burden and MIC-corrosion risk inside tanks and pipelines.
TANK is a watertight, in-vessel UV-C fixture that treats the inside of storage vessels and induction pipelines to continuously reduce microbial burden — and with it, the risk of microbiologically influenced corrosion (MIC) that degrades gas storage infrastructure. Engineered for retrofit, it installs in about five minutes with a "Drill 'n Fill" method: a 2-inch hole in the vessel wall, then the unit is secured with an AISI 304 stainless-steel triangular flange, placing a quartz-sleeved, high-efficiency 253.7 nm UV-C lamp inside the vessel while the electrical connections stay outside. Rated for wet service and efficient even at low temperatures, it comes in four output levels (40–120W) sized to the vessel, and shares the proven lamp platform used across Cognituv's drill-and-fill line. It's a fit for storage tanks and induction pipelines where continuous, chemical-free bio-control protects asset life.
