The Premium Polisher High-Pressure Polisher is an ASME, Class 1 Division 2, corrosive-rated UV-C unit engineered for the toughest fluid duty. Built as an explosion-proof stainless-steel vessel equipped with high-output UV-C amalgam lamps, it polishes high-pressure, high-flow and corrosive fluid streams — inactivating microbes continuously and chemical-free. It's designed for industrial processes where standard inline water units simply can't handle the pressure, chemistry, or safety ratings the site demands. As the fluid application of Cognituv's Premium Polisher platform, it shares the same explosion-proof, hazardous-location-rated skid used for biogas/RNG service — customized to the site and integrated with SCADA and the Cognituv Connect Master Control IoT network for continuous measurement, verification and ESG-ready reporting.
