The Cognituv SABER system is a germicidal UV-C device that treats both the cooling coil and the moving airstream from a single, fast-to-install unit. A high-efficiency 253.7 nm UV-C lamp — protected by a quartz sleeve and mounted on a stainless-steel flange — installs through a single 2-inch hole in the duct or plenum wall in about five minutes. Positioned so its 360° UV-C field reaches both the coil face and the passing air, SABER keeps the coil free of biofilm while continuously disinfecting the airstream to cut microbial growth, VOCs and odor. IP65-rated with quick-connect wiring and electronic ballasts tuned for UV-C, it runs efficiently even at low temperatures — a fit for retrofits, cold-chain environments and both interior and exposed ductwork. Offered in six output levels from 11W to 100W.
